  • What is the minimum age to rent and/or ride?
    Mandatory minimum age for driving our ATV/UTVs is 21 years old with a valid driver's license (must provide proof of Driver's License at time of check-in). Minimum age for being a passenger on our tours is 9 years old. Passengers under the age of 21 must ride only with a driver 21 years of age or older. Minimum age for signing the waiver is 18 years old. Any participant who is under the age of 18 years needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order that decisions made will include the wishes of the parent or guardian who will sign a waiver in the name of the minor participant. All participants must sign.
  • Do I need to sign a liability waiver?
    YES! All clients, guests and participants are informed of the risks and dangers, including death and injury, associated with guided trips and/or All Terrain Vehicle (ATV/UTV) and equipment rentals. You will be required to read, understand and sign a waiver, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement to participate or rent.
  • What are the damage deposit and insurance fees?
    A Damage Deposit MUST BE PUT on a Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard). We DO NOT accept debit cards for damage deposits. For ATV Rentals, the amount is $2,000 - per machine plus a mandatory $25 per day insurance fee and for UTV Rentals, the amount is $3,000 - per machine plus a mandatory $25 per day insurance fee. For both ATV/UTV's, you will be liable for any and all damages of up to $3,000 - Cosmetic damages above that amount, are covered by your $25 insurance fee, all mechanical damages are the responsibility of the renter. When the final inspection is completed and the unit is found to be free of all cosmetic and/or mechanical deficiencies, the damage deposit will be refunded in 7-10 Days.
  • What is your cancelation policy?
    Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance. If you cancel after this deadline, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. An early return fee will also apply for ATV/UTVs returned full days ahead of schedule. Please note, we are not responsible for weather-related changes or interruptions. A valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations.
  • What happens to No Show reservations?
    Reservations that do not cancel and do not show 1/2 hour before tour time will lose the reservation and will be charged for the full day rental.
  • How do I transport my rental?
    When renting an ATV/UTV from us, you need to provide your own transportation for the ATV/UTV. If you need a trailer, we do have one for rent. Please see the "Available Rentals" section for more information or click HERE and scroll to the bottom of the page to view the trailer.
  • What are your rental procedures?
    All Rental Equipment is subject to pre-payment. Your ATV/UTV will undergo an inspection before and after your rental to ensure that the machine leaves in proper condition and returns the same way. You are required to be present for that inspection. We do require you to refuel and clean the machines upon return. We do charge $250 for cleaning fees and $65 for refueling if you choose not to clean and or refuel your rental.
  • When can I pick up my rental?
    Rentals can be picked up in the evening between 4-6 pm in Innisfail, AB (we can be a little flexible if needed for an earlier or later pick up) and drop offs are due the next evening between 5-7. If you return your rental late, a late fee of $100 per hour will be charged in addition to any rental charges. We know life happens and we’re happy to adjust pick up and and drop off times to fit everyone’s schedule. Alternatively, we can deliver and pick up your rental to you for an additional fee, please contact us for more info.
  • Do you require a reservation deposit?
    Yes we do! 50% of the total rental amount is due at the time the reservation is made. Example: If you booked a weekend rental @ $350 a day, your total rental amount would be $700 so your reservation deposit would be $350. On the rental day, the remainder of the rental fee is due as well as the full damage deposit. For additional information, please see our Cancellation Policy in the FAQ section.
