Mandatory minimum age for driving our ATV/UTVs is 21 years old with a valid driver's license (must provide proof of Driver's License at time of check-in). Minimum age for being a passenger on our tours is 9 years old. Passengers under the age of 21 must ride only with a driver 21 years of age or older. Minimum age for signing the waiver is 18 years old. Any participant who is under the age of 18 years needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order that decisions made will include the wishes of the parent or guardian who will sign a waiver in the name of the minor participant.
